Grown at 1650–1700 masl in the hills of Huila, Colombia, Viviana Realpe cultivates coffee alongside her husband and young son on her 7-hectare farm. As a member of Los Guácharos, a collective of quality-driven small producers, she’s steadily moving toward organic practices while investing in farm infrastructure and precision processing.
Her extended fermentation washed process includes a 28-hour cherry ferment followed by a 40-hour water fermentation, and drying in a custom-built dryer. The care and attention to detail in each step shine through in every cup.
The result is a coffee that speaks to her dedication—a dynamic, fruit-forward cup with incredible depth and balance.
